i wouldnt reall use the adjective ‘safe’ with DNP in one sentence :D I’ve never tried it, and never intend to, that sh.t is just too harmful. why bother with dnp when you’ve got plenty of great joices for fatburn? clenbuterol, cytomel, ephedrine, these are pontent agents, fast and great results if you eat and train correctly.
almost all day till 6 pm, i usually have one or two 2-hour window between classes during the day, i either hit the gym then or at night. usually i lift 3-4 days in a row then 1 day off, i believe 2 times/week is hardly enough… i mean it depends on your goal but if you want to look better than the average you have to push yourself harder than the average simple as that . if your afraid of overtraining just think of the olympic swimmers, when training hard for a competition, they train 4-6 hours/day every single day. It’s true that after a month or so they take a few weeks break cause their body crashes, but they make progress and going to the gym 4 times a week is only a fraction of what day do ( if you spend 1 hour in the gym, you work as much /week as they do /day… ) there’s no overtraining just undereating (of course if you dont take extremities intoi consideration) back in the golden era(schwarzenegger, ferrigno, zane…), they lifted 6 days a week with killer 2-3 hour long high volume trainings…. push yourself if you want outstanding results!
